Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please check with other members of your family and neighbors to see if one of them could have received it and put it in your house. It also could still be at your local post office awaiting your pickup. Please take the tracking number to the local post office and check with them. You may also contact the U.S. Postal Service since it was tracked to your address via GPS devices used by them when entering the tracking number upon delivery. Just dial 1-800-ASK-USPS or contact your local Post Office. This has to be done by you at the delivery address and they they will start a Postal Investigation as Postal theft is a Federal Crime and they do investigate your claim.
Depending on the bag, I have several ways I can personalize. For quilted bags I use embroidery. I will send a design mock-up for approval before stitching if requested.
On lunch bags or lunch totes, I do not embroider. These bags are insulated, and punching thousands of holes in that insulation renders them useless. I use a very thin heat transfer vinyl that becomes part of the bag, but does not change the texture of the bag. This is not a sticker, it is heat bonded and not removable.
On duffle bags and backpacks I tend to use the heat transfer vinyl. I can use embroidery if needed, but that will have to be a custom order and agreed upon before ordering. Some bags just do not take embroidery well, and the vinyl will serve it better.
Unfortunately items sometimes look different in "real life" than they do on a computer screen. Depending on your monitors resolution, the age of your monitor, your graphics card, and a host of other variables, color can look different. A simple 'google' search of your monitor and how to calibrate it will fix most issues.
I am not responsible for variances in color between your computer screen, and the actual product. I try to give a good color name to the items, but one persons idea of "peach", is another's idea of "coral".
I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been personalized, or altered in any way. I also cannot offer refunds for defective items that have been in your possession for more than 7 days. If the item was not personalized, send me a message and we will work out a comparable resolution.
As part of my inspection I check all zippers and seams. If an item is defective, I will require a picture of the defect. (The more the better. The individual area, the broader area that the defect is in, etc.) And then I can send out a replacement item if it appears to not have been purposely damaged. (sorry for the language, I just have to be specific).
The bags themselves are pre-purchased. (I wish I were talented enough to produce such high quality items.) Etsy allows for shops to alter items, such as decorating or monogramming. I found super cute items that I don't see in big box stores, and offer them for personalization. Much the same way as a t-shirt decorator purchases a t-shirt blank prior to adding art. I can embroider, or use heat transfer vinyl, depending on the project. Each item has a description of how I finish that project.
